Hi, I'm Katie!
I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a business owner—or even knowing what an “Online Business Manager” was—but I’ve always known I loved being the one who made things happen; being the one others could count on. Whether it was organizing a schedule, calming a chaotic inbox, cleaning up a clunky system, or helping someone make sense of their mile-long to-do list... I’ve always thrived behind the scenes.
Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—graphic designer, stage manager, event coordinator, radio show host, bartender, operations manager, freelance proofreader, virtual assistant, coffee shop manager, audio/visual engineer (to name a few 😜)—and each role taught me something about who I am and what I love...bringing order to creative chaos. It may have taken me awhile to figure it out, but this is where I SHINE!
I’ve worked alongside small business owners long enough to know the truth: most of them are brilliant, busy, and just a little buried (or a lot!).

I have a dog named Ginger. She is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever (and no I didn't know what that was until I got one haha). She has webbed feet and loves to swim!

My husband, Kelvin, and I LOVE to travel! We've been to London, Scotland, Barcelona, Montserrat (did you know it's not just a font??), and Paris, as well as 46 of the 50 states! We spent an entire month road-tripping out of the back of our Rav4 and got to see the upper US and parts of Canada. That trip was amazing!

I'm a big iced coffee girly, but I'm here to ruffle a few feathers. I like it black. AND I like the sugary, froofy drinks too! Ever since having a baby, caffeine wrecks me so I'm a decaf lady now. But I love quality roasts so I get my beans from a local shop so I can brew the goods at home.

I am a new-ish mom of my sweet, sweet boy Sávi (pronounced like Javi). He is a joy (and a menace) but mostly a joy. And I'm loving this boy-mom life!

Reading is my favorite hobby and my book shelf is organized by genre sort-of... more like how a book makes me feel. I like fantasy, YA fiction, thrillers, and romance (but not the trendy stuff). Also psychological, autobiographical, theological, and lifey story types.
