What was running your business like before you hired me? What problems were you trying to solve by hiring me?
"My business was a bit of a circus before Katie came along. Imagine trying to juggle customer emails, messy files, and the never-ending quest to get things a tad more organized, all while trying to grow Theaterish.com. I was basically running around, trying to do a million things at once and not doing any of them as well as I wanted.
I really needed someone to come in and help lift some of the weight off my shoulders. The biggies were responding to our customers faster, getting our digital ducks in a row, figuring out a way to stop time from flying by, and setting up systems that didn’t just work but worked well. I needed a superhero who could not only take care of business but also bring in fresh ideas."

It’s like night and day! I went on to sell Theaterish.com but Katie helped so much in that process! Our customers were happier because they were getting quick, thoughtful replies. Katie’s knack for organizing turned our file chaos into a neatly ordered dream. Plus, her time management tricks kept me on track, making room for focusing on the big picture and growing Theaterish.com. She’s solved problems I didn’t even know I had (customer response templates as an example - so smart!) and made everything run so smoothly.
